Mary L. Erwin is an attorney at William E. Hesch Law Firm, LLC. She started her career with the William E. Hesch Law Firm as a law clerk in January 2023.

Mary is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky. She focuses most of her time in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, elder law/Medicaid planning, probate administration, and trust administration. Mary is a member of the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Bar Associations.

Mary earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Marshall University in 2021, with minors in Political Science and Marketing. Mary earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Northern Kentucky University – Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2024.

Mary currently resides in the Northern Kentucky area with her fiancé, Daniel.
